MIT Oxygen Communicator
Needs an antenna and a wide band sampler. Returns digitised piece of radio spectrum. If it handles up to 10 MHz, the output can be either radio (Vanu Bose and Matt Wellborn) or TV (John Ankcorn), all in software. A 10 MHz band is selected, changed to an intermediate frequency, dumped into computer memory, and analysed. Could equally do cellular phone, remote phone handset, interface with speech recognition, whatever. Handy 21 will reconfigure itself as each cell with contain both memory and functional elements, plus multiplexed wires for communication. Made of universal logic chips.
